From 2022 there is one thing I would like to say to you and that is THANK YOU. Thank you for your loyalty over the past year, not only to homeSPA but this year especially on a more personal level.
Thank you also for the time taken writing feedback after your treatments, I feel so grateful reading some of the wonderful words and feel very blessed with the community that is homeSPA.
Now for looking ahead - a new year equals new intentions for many of us. As we declutter with the rest of the nation here is a little reminder to spend time this month going through your skincare. Check dates on products, pass on any that you are not getting on with, perhaps regift any that you received at Christmas that you know you will not use (someone else will and be very grateful for them). Remember any empty products can be recycled at your next appointment.

No. 01 | I may be a little late to the game but in November I learnt about WhatsApp Broadcast Lists. In case you are unfamiliar with them, they are essentially a WhatsApp group, however when I send a message on there your details are not shared with anyone else in the group and your reply is direct to me. It will be as if a private message is coming from me however it will start with hS. From January I will use this form of communication if there are any offers I feel you might be interested in, last minute appointment availability, if I am placing an order or important updates.
Some have expressed frustration when not being able to reply to the text messages from homeSPA, which is through my online system so I think this way of communication is the solution.
No. 02 | I will be introducing a new treatment for the month of February and will be sending details very soon so stay tuned
No. 03 | For some while I have been looking to introduce Cryopen to the treatment menu. As you are probably aware, any new treatment requires quite an investment so I like to be thorough in my research. CryoPen delivers exceptional results for the complete removal of all benign skin lesions in just one treatment session.
