I hope you have a lovely November planned. I am excited for some training this month for a brand new treatment to homeSPA which I will be sharing with you soon. Last month I refreshed my training with Advanced Nutrition Programme and have already made tweaks to some if your oral skincare regimes. You can always learn more and whilst I am doing any training I have all of you in mind.

Since returning to work with limited hours at present, when I offer an appointment, I will keep this available for 24hours before releasing the date again.

Environ and Advanced Nutrition
During the winter months our skin requirements change. There are a few contributing factors, one being our ceramides naturally deplete in the colder months. Our skin regime therefore requires tweaks. If you would like a skincare review please be in touch to ensure you are using the most effective skincare for the time of year.
