STRICT PROTOCOLS OF HOMESPA OPENING UNDER COVID 19
Please read through these strict protocols prior to attending your appointment. These measures are in place for your safety and to help reduce the risks of Covid-19. Requirements may change as and when the government update their guidelines.
ARRIVE ON TIME
Please arrive at your appointment time, not early or late. When you arrive please wait on the drive and I will open the front door
PLEASE ARRIVE ALONE
Only one person will be allowed in the treatment room and there will be no area available to wait.
WASH YOUR HANDS
When you come in, I will ask for you to remove shoes before washing your hands, using the sensor soap dispenser and then using the hand cloth to dry and then place in pedal bin provided
WEAR A MASK
If you have your own mask feel free to wear. You may not be required to wear one throughout your treatment. I will also provide masks
REFRESHMENTS
Unfortunately, I am not able to offer hot drinks. You can bring your own but will need to dispose of your cup once you have left. I will provide bottles of water if required.
CASHLESS
I will be operating on a no cash basis until recommended otherwise. A bank transfer is the preferred method of payment however I also have a contactless card machine available
